Proud Parents to be…

I’ll never forget the first time that I found out that I was going to be a dad… I was 28 years old and had absolutely no idea just how much my world was about to change. Now 10 years later, I feel blessed beyond measure to have 2 of the best kids that I could only have dreamed of ever having. My son, Noah, is now 10 years old and is becoming a handsome little man & quite the amazing athlete! He’s also my little “athletic almanac”! He can hang with the best of them when it comes to sports trivia! Totally amazing! When he starts talking about all of these different statistics like RBI’s, ERA’s, HBP, SBR’s, etc etc.. I have to say whoa dude, you lost me at RBI! ha! He’s my little buddy for sure… And then there’s my 6 yr old little Princess, Reese. Wow, words cannot describe what it is like to have a little girl. I want to protect her from every bad thing and all the boys that will cross her path. She still tells me about how she can’t wait to marry me one day… I told her just last week that no, baby, you’re going to meet a handsome young boy that you will get married to and it’s going to make daddy very sad. She said, no, daddy, I am going to marry you! And I just smiled… and gave her a big kiss! Every wedding that I shoot, I still put myself in the dad’s role and I try to imagine what it’s going to be like walking my daughter down the aisle to give her away. Ugh, I am going to be a total mess… I just know it.

Well, my dear friends, Russha & Darryl, are having a sweet little baby boy and they are going to name him Bristol Sage. Being the bad-to-the-bone racecar driver that Darryl is, he’s going to be one proud poppa when Bristol comes into this world… Here’s the Sage family and their sweet moments of love…
